While “Good Morning America” was covering Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s “Red Table Talk” regarding their open relationship, August Alsina decided to respond in unusual (but typical for him) fashion.

The song features rapper Rick Ross and in one line Alsina puts a spin on the word “entanglement” which was coined by Jada when she referred to the relationship she had with August. He sings “The definition of entanglement is when you tangle in the sheets,” as he seems to almost make fun of the infamous affair that has shared headlines with a Presidential election and a global pandemic.

When asked about his relationship with Mrs. Smith in an interview Alsina responded, “I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation. Due to the transformation from their marriage to (a) life partnership that they have spoken on several times, and not involving romanticism, he gave me his blessing.”
