Think of yourself as a plant. Without water, (or enough of it), it slowly starts to die. And if you don’t take care of the problem quickly, the damage done may be too late to reverse.

So drink more water to:

  • Improve your memory and mood
  • Reduce sugar cravings and gain aid in weight maintenance 
  • Improve exercise performance
  • Reduce headache and migraines
  • Prevent constipation 
  • Prevent kidney stones
  • Reduce the risk of bladder infections
  • Reduce a hangover
  • Manage anxiety 
  • Keep your organs and cells functioning properly 
  • And so much more …

The NHS recommends consuming 6-8 glasses or cups a day, but for adults, the ideal number should be half a gallon to a gallon a day!
