Do You Eat to Live or Live to Eat?

All in All …

I wrote this article to say … I understand the struggle.

I battle with food addiction myself. So much so I am constantly changing and restarting my dietary changes because sometimes I can’t help going back to eating a good burger, steak, or some form of potato dish every now and again. There are times where I can be doing so well and then I get a call from my old friend Cravings and before I know it, I’m spiraling. But if I have learned anything through my own struggles, it’s that this journey to healthier eating is mind over matter.

When you know better you do better. And if you’re like me, and you have little ones watching, they learn to adopt healthier habits with you. So if you can’t seem to muster the strength to do it for yourself, do it for yourself for the kids. Do it for yourself, for your family. Do it for someone who also believes right now that they can’t break unhealthy habits either because you never know … you just may be the reason that they CAN!
